Do you have a recommendation for a good yoga dvd for home practice?
Hi Rabi, Great to hear from you and am so glad you are looking into aids for your home practice. I have quite a few recommendations in this area – thanks for calling my attention to the lack on the page. I’ll start on it this afternoon. In the meanwhile, the source I use with my students in the Meditation seminar at SUNY Fredonia is breathe, Guided yoga and breathing exercises to relax and revive. with Rodney Yee, published by GAIAM.
