In addition to yoga stretching and strengthening, this class includes deep relaxation using breath work, body scan, and guided visualizations. Excellent for reducing blood pressure, releasing stress, supporting physical and mental health.

Thursdays 10:00-11:00 AM This class provides guided breath work, a gentle physical practice, and relaxation. Chairs are available and may be used at any time, including lowering and rising from the floor. In addition to the above benefits, students work to increase strength, balance, and flexibility.



Relaxation & Meditation Techniques joshchildpose1

(SUNY Fredonia LART 150):

Fall semesters, Tuesday afternoons, Reed Library.

A variety of relaxation and meditation techniques are taught and practiced. This course includes required journal work and a presentation of research on a selected topic. Students are expected to practice 5-7 times per week.
